Dan is an experienced lawyer and trusted legal and business advisor to many. He has joined forces with two of his law school mentees, Mike and Ryan, to reinstate and formally set up Black Label Booking. Dan has extensive experience in corporate, transactional and compliance matters. But what makes him different from the rest of the legal pack is his passion for the community and for his involvement with entertainment.
Dan sits on a number of community boards (including Treasurer of both the Chicago Bar Association and Chicago Bar Foundation, Chair of Lawyers Lend-A-Hand To Youth Program, Board Member of the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, Chair of Edgebrook School Local School Council; and, Member, Board of Trustees, Monmouth College).
One of his clients is Chi-Town Finest Breakers, who were on Live To Dance and have been doing shows and performances across the country. He also is working with an entertainment group to form a not-for-profit charity. He works with many other startups and social enterprises on creation, structure and governance.
